A dedicated software instance will be established specifically for each school. An engineer will be allocated for a week with the following responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for employees to proficiently execute daily tasks.
- Install additional hardware, such as tablets, printers, and computers, if required.
- Validate the reports generated by the software.
- Upon successful verification of reports, Axis software will prepare the necessary documents to obtain approval from the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) for schools.
- Following IRD approval, the school will commence its daily operations utilizing the school management software.
- Once the software has operated stably for three consecutive days, our engineers will be available remotely for any further assistance.
